	Re: smart fortwo Front Axle Joint Recall Furth to our previous letter to your company dated 28th December 2005 regarding the above-mentioned matter, we would like to inform you of the status of this matter as follows: A we are still in the process of obtaining clariflcation from the factory in relation to the performance of the recall for the affected vechiles, we regreto to state that at present, we cannot provide a final reply on this matter. We would like to assure you that we are making every effort to expedite this clarfication process and as soon as we receive the erelvant information from the factioy, we will revert to your company.
