Furth to our previous letter to your company dated 28th December 2005 regarding the above-mentioned matter, we would like to inform you of the status of this matter as follows:
A we are still in the process of obtaining clariflcation from the factory in relation to the performance of the recall for the affected vechiles, we regreto to state that at present, we cannot provide a final reply on this matter.
We would like to assure you that we are making every effort to expedite this clarfication process and as soon as we receive the erelvant information from the factioy, we will revert to your company. In the meantime, although
Neither of our companies are in a position to make any assessments as to the roadworthiness and / or safety of an ex-factory converted vehile as a whole, given that the front axle of the affected vehicles’ suspension system
may be defective, we would like to request your assistance in conveying to the relevant customers, on our behalf, that we strongly advist them to refrain from driving the vehicles.
We understand that this matter may have caused both your company and our valued customers incnvenience and / or dissatisfaction, please convey our gratitued to our customers for their patience and understanding in this matter and be assured that we will do our best to revert to your as soon as possible.we remain,
