Dear Alli have a big problem in my Smart Car ,
the lock key is flashing in the tableau , i tryied to unlock it as usual but it is not responding, i changed the key';s battery but still not working , i don';t know what to do ,can any one help me ? :em69:

HI~ Go.I guess there could be two possibilities of your key remote failure:
1. Your key fob is jump out of synergy with your car
* To indentify this problem: use your other spare key fob to try, if other key works. That’s means your first key need is out of synergy for sure.
*To solve problem of key out of synergy: you need to send me your ECU, SAM unit, and 2 key fobs for re-pairing your car with key fob. Or go to your local smart center ask for help.

2.your key signal receiver is out of order:
* * To indentify this problem: apply both your main key and spare key to you car. If both keys don’t work. That’s mean your signal receiver out of order.
*To solve problem: you have to make sure what kind of signal receiver you need ( radio or I.F ). You can get the parts from me or your local smart center.

Is that possible push the bottom of the key too much times? As I remember, it would be locked if you push the bottom of the key over 30 times and the car door didn';t receive the signal from key, the key would be locked automatically.I think the best way to solve this problem is make a phone call to Alan directly.
